Lauren Alaina is a popular American Idol contestant from Season Ten. Lauren is known to be an elegant woman who has a strong devotion to God. Growing up in Rossville Georgia Lauren tapped into her talents as a singer as her cousin was diagnosed with a tumor in the brain. The diagnosis convinced Lauren to follow her dream of singing. Scotty Mccreery became her best partner while she competed performing on American Idol. Their religious origins in country music along with their popularity shared a lot.
